Student Complaint Process

The student complaint process is designed to assist students who may have experienced unfair and/or unlawful treatment. A student is defined as any person enrolled full or part-time in credit or non-credit courses at the Allied Health Institute (AHI). The complaint of unfair and/or unlawful treatment formally charged by a student against AHI or staff, as it applies to the Institute rules, policies, procedures, and regulations, should be resolved without initiating the formal procedure. If the resolution process fails to produce results, a formal complaint may be filed.

Please note that it is generally beneficial to the student to discuss the problem with AHI personnel prior to filing a formal complaint. Students are encouraged to contact our grievance department with all concerns.
